Affordable Connectivity Program
Please note: XMission currently offers Affordable Connectivity Program benefits to Utah and Montana residents only.
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a United States government-sponsored program that aims to provide Internet connectivity for low-income households.
As a participant in this program, XMission can offer qualifying Utah and Montana households a $30 credit each month on a home Internet connection. This benefit does not apply to other XMission residential services or to business services.
How to apply
Complete the federal application
To learn if your household qualifies for the Affordable Connectivity Program, please begin by completing an application on the federal ACP website.

Expect some emails
When XMission has successfully enrolled you, we will send you an email with your Subscriber ID number and a second email with a required disclosure to sign. The disclosure will come from Zoho Sign.
As soon as we have received your signed disclosure form, our billing team will apply a $30 monthly credit to your account.
Additional considerations:
- You can only enroll in the ACP with one provider. If you enroll with another service provider, that provider must transfer your ACP benefit which will cancel your ACP credit with XMission. XMission cannot split the ACP benefit with another provider.
- Please verify that your ACP application hasn’t expired before enrolling with XMission. If you haven’t applied for the ACP in the last three months, you will have to reapply.
- The federal government will send you information asking you to renew your application. Please keep an eye out for any renewal notices to avoid disruptions in your credit.
