XMission has <a href=\"http:\/\/xmission.com\/blog\/2012\/01\/10\/xmission-fights-for-a-free-internet\">always fought for a free and open Internet<\/a> while protecting individual privacy.  We work with law enforcement under proper <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fourth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution\">judicially sanctioned warrants<\/a>, and do not share customer information with any other entity aside from our payment processors.<\/p>\n<p>XMission supports and has signed the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.internetdeclaration.org\/freedom\">Declaration of Internet Freedom<\/a>.
